Our school is an English language Primary school, consisting of Cycle 1(ages 4-7) and cycle 2 (ages 7-12). We are a multi-cultural school, catering to students of various abilities.

 

We are a school focused on childcenterd learning and dveloping into a community school. Following the principals of a child centered educational system. There are two multiage classes i.e. Cycle 1A & 1B consisting of our kindergarten children a combination of 4 and 5 year olds.

 

The Sacred Heart School is located on the beautiful, tranquil island of Saba. Saba the smallest island in the kingdom of the Netherlands Antilles is easily accessed by both airplane and boat. Saba has four (4) quaint, charming villages which are: Zion's Hill, Windwardside, St. John's and The Bottom (which is the Capital). Our school is located in the village of St. John's. The current number of students in our school presently is 160; this amount varies due to students leaving the island and 4 year old students entering our school.
